We currently ship to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Gluta White is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

8. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or cannot be contacted, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
